By clicking “Accept,” you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) to enroll in [PROJECT PRISM] and to authorize [Cintra Toll Services LLC (“CTS”)/I-77 Express Mobility Partners LLC] to provide you with promotional offers related to the I-77 Express Lanes (the “Express Lanes”). Your participation allows CTS to administer eligible discounts, threshold offers, and other concession-approved promotions to your account in accordance with these Terms (the “Program”).

Program Period: The Program will run for the period designated by CTS. CTS may modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Program at its discretion and will communicate material changes to participants.
Additional Terms: Participation in the Program does not waive your obligation to comply with all applicable laws. You remain responsible for all non-discounted tolls incurred, including: (i) trips not eligible for promotions; (ii) tolls incurred after Program termination; and (iii) violations or fees resulting from improper lane use.
Data Sharing: By participating in the Program, you agree to authorize the Express Lane to share information about you, your vehicle, including license plate information, and trip information, with CTS and its affiliates. You hereby appoint CTS and their affiliates as your authorized representatives to receive data that the Express Lanes may collect about you or your vehicle (“Data”) and to share and release your data to the Express Lanes or its to their respective affiliates. Further, you hereby request the Express Lanes to provide you and your authorized representatives with any Data necessary to determine applicable tolls and discounts. As a condition precedent to participating in the Program, you consent, agree, and further assign, transfer, and convey to the Express Lanes the right to receive your Data during and after the Program for the purposes of determining tolls and discounts, including those not covered under the Program.
Release and Termination: You hereby release and hold harmless the CTS and each of their affiliates, Express Lanes and each of their affiliates related to the Program or the sharing of any of your Data. CTS or the Express Lanes reserve the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, the Program, or your access to the Program, at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or any violation of these terms and any agreement (if one exists) between you and CTS or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates.
